Facilito is the Osinergmin application that will make it easier for you to attend to your inquiries and user procedures for electric service, natural gas, gas cylinders, and gas stations. The new Facilito application offers you the following benefits:

• Gas stations:
  • Use your cellphone's GPS to locate the nearest gas stations, highlighting the most economical ones in green.
  • You will only find formal gas stations and service stations.
  • If you find that the price is different from what is displayed at the establishment, you can report it in the application.
  • You can rate your experience at the gas station and see the ratings from other users.
• Electricity:
  • Report problems such as power outages, public lighting issues, appliances damaged by electrical failures, excessively high bills, and dangers caused by fallen cables or poles.
  • Your complaint will be immediately sent to the electric company and Osinergmin will ensure that they attend to your issue.
  • Keep track of your complaints through the procedures tab.
• Gas cylinders:
  • Show the nearest formal establishments, highlighting the most economical ones.
  • Contact the distributor directly to make a purchase.
  • Report any issues with the gas cylinder or distributor.
• Natural gas:
  • Get information about the benefits of using natural gas in your home.
  • Check if the natural gas network is close to your address for a visit from an installer.
  • You can report issues such as leaks, broken pipes, and problems with your installation to the concessionaire.
